At Cool Room Hire Brisbane, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and to keep our coolrooms available and ready for all customers, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
Cancellations Made on the Same Day
Cancellations on the same day as the scheduled delivery will receive no refund, as the coolroom has already been allocated, prepared and reserved for your booking.
Cancellations Within 72 Hours
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery will receive a 50 percent refund of the total hire fee.
Cancellations More Than 72 Hours in Advance
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable merchant processing fees (if paid by card).
Failure to Provide Access
If we arrive at the delivery address and cannot gain access or set up the coolroom due to site issues, unsafe conditions or the customer not being present, the booking will be treated as a same day cancellation and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your booking date, we will do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling is free if made more than 72 hours before delivery, subject to availability.
